We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and contribute to the successful execution of client campaigns and in-house projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll work closely with our marketing and events team to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are on point.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to execute marketing plans
Maintain and update marketing materials and client records
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign development
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting briefs
Help organize and attend events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Track campaign performance metrics and assist in analyzing results
Support brand consistency and messaging across all client-facing materials
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
1-2 years of marketing or administrative experience is an asset
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or other design software is a plus
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and take initiative
