Job Description

We are looking for a senior Project Manager who has lead many Windows migration projects experience.

Project Name: Windows 10 to 11 Migration.
Scope: Upgrade all lab PCs (Desktops + Laptops) to Windows 11.
Duration: 6 months.
Complexity: High.
Teams involved: Multiple teams such as IT Helpdesk, IT Security, Laboratories, Automations, QA.

Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage CCR + Project Charter.
• Manage coordination between the teams.
• Build project charter.
• Help develop project plan. (timelines & resource)
• Oversee task completion.
• Draft quality plan - phased update + family groups (types of equipments + instruments that can be lumped together), contingency plans for rollbacks.
• Conduct Core team meeting 1 hour/week.
• Manage agenda + risks + timeline.
• SmartSheet Experience.
• Each project has to be on a Confluence page.
• Responsibility of documentation + managing risk log.
