Job Description

Duties:

Scope : Configuration and support of Dynamics 365 with a focus on building out Customer Insights that can be scaled across the organization.

Required :

• Experience in Dynamics 365 configuration and requirements gathering.
• Experience with Customer Insights rollout for a large organization

Preferred :

• Experience in a healthcare environment
• Prefer Microsoft Dynamics certifications

The selected candidate would be expected to proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, management, developers and quality assurance. May be involved in multiple initiatives simultaneously and needs to be able to manage time effectively and maintain focus on the highest priority work at any given time. Would be expected to use requirements to drive the design and review of test cases, process change requests, and manage the project's scope and acceptance.

Skills:

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with the product owner, external stakeholders, and Scrum team members
• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly
• Experience working on a team using the Agile Scrum framework
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience gathering requirements and story mapping
• Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience in backlog refinement
• Involved in multiple initiatives simultaneously and need to be able to multi-task efficiently
• Demonstrated desire and ability for continuous learning

Education: Bachelor's Degree with 4 years' experience OR Associate's Degree with 6 years' experience.

RS Internal Notes: Platform (100.15211.0000) is going fund 30% of the position for the first 7 weeks and Innovation (501.81220.0000) will fund 70% then fund 100% for the remaining 19 months.

Pay rate: $/hr on W2
