Omni Underground Inc. is growing—and we’re not looking for someone to just fill a seat. We’re hiring a Class A licensed Underground Construction Worker who’s ready to take the next step in their career. If you know the underground game—drilling, potholing, vault setting—and you’re tired of dead-end jobs with no future, this is your shot. We do things right, we back each other up, and we’re building a team that’s in it for the long haul. This role is for someone who wants to work hard, earn respect, and grow into leadership as the company scales. Responsibilities: • Work on underground utility jobs involving  HDD, open trench, and restoration • Set  vaults and boxes , pothole for utilities, and perform  saw cutting and jackhammering • Load and transport materials and operate heavy equipment • Keep the site clean, organized, and most of all— safe • Read plans and follow the direction of foremen and superintendents • Represent Omni with professionalism and pride on every job Qualifications: • Class A CDL – required • At least 1 year of experience in underground construction • Solid knowledge of  directional drilling , potholing, vault/box setting, and backfill • Can handle a  jackhammer ,  skid steer , or  backhoe without hesitation • Physically capable—able to  lift 90+ lbs and work in the heat, cold, and everything in between About Company: As we scale, we’re shaping the future of underground utilities—and we’re looking for driven individuals who are ready to build something bigger than themselves.
