Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
CRCST or CSPDT preferred.
Sterile processing or healthcare experience preferred.
Attention to detail, equipment handling, and infection control knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Decontaminate, sterilize, and assemble instruments.
Inspect and maintain equipment.
Distribute sterile supplies to departments.
Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
Document sterilization and equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams.
