Job Title: Safety Coordinator

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Shift: 1st (must be open to working overtime, and being on call)

Position Overview:

ATrain Staffing is hiring a  Safety Coordinator in the Fontana, CA. You’ll ensure employee safety, conduct training, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to assess safety conditions and ensure compliance.
• Provide comprehensive safety training to new hires on company policies and procedures.
• Identify and address unsafe actions or conditions to prevent accidents.
• Investigate workplace injuries and prepare accurate incident reports.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a positive safety culture.
• Track and analyze injury data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures as needed.
• Inspect machinery and equipment for potential safety hazards.
• Stay updated on OSHA regulations and safety trends.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, training sessions, and safety incidents.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required).
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting.
• Willingness to learn OSHA standards and workplace safety practices.
• Experience in safety compliance is a bonus, but we’re happy to train motivated candidates!
