Location: Waxahachie, TX, 75165

Shift: 12 HR Days | 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)

Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

• Recognize potential clinical or operational problems and apply effective problem-solving strategies.
• Oversee and support the nursing team to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Strategically allocate resources to balance optimal patient outcomes and operational productivity.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures in alignment with accreditation standards and institutional priorities.
• Support performance improvement initiatives based on research and best practices.

• Demonstrated leadership in clinical settings with the ability to mentor and guide nursing staff.
• Strong commitment to professional development, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across departments.

• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience (Interventional Radiology or related specialty preferred).
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
• Certification:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire if not already certified.
