JOB SUMMARY: Conduct Software Quality Assurance (SQA) testing activities to ensure that Claritev application products operate correctly and meet specified requirements. 
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Analyze business requirements and technical specifications for Claritev applications. Create the corresponding test strategy, test plans, and test cases for Claritev’s SQA team
2. Execute SQA testing of Claritev applications in accordance with project documentation and aligned with company standards
3. Perform back-end (database) testing using complex SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server databases. Perform regression and integration testing.
4. Perform front-end (functional) testing of Web and GUI applications
5. Analyze test results and logs defects in HP Quality Center. Partner with project team members on the resolution and re-testing of identified defects and issues
6. Prepare reports of defects, test results, etc., through HP Quality Center. Provide constructive feedback and process improvement recommendations to the project team
7. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
8. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data — this role is considered to be a High Risk Role. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
* Minimum 5 years experience performing Software Quality Assurance testing. Strong Data warehouse end to end and data completeness testing experience.
* Knowledge of Software QA automated test tools. Must have 2 years testing – Informatica cloud product IDMC. Must have knowledge of defect tracking tools like JIRA.

* Knowledge of the Test Data Management/ETL tools like Informatica, Pervasive etc.

* Must have advance level SQL scripting in Oracle/SQL server database. 

* Exposure to DB tools like Toad/PL SQL developer/SQL Plus/SQl server management studio preferred!

* Experience in Cloud databases such as Snowflake, OCI and On-Prem database such as Oracle, SQL Server a big plus!

* Exposure to complex Logical and Physical Models.

* Knowledge of project management and execution of multiple projects.

* Experience in complex ETL mappings, mapplets and complex transformations testing.

* Experience in development of ETL test scripts based on technical specifications/Data design documents and Source to Target mappings.

* Communication (verbal, written and listening), planning, organizing, analytical, project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers
* Ability to evaluate production situations and current information to determine the appropriate course of action and execute decisions
* Ability to use software, hardware and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office and Project
* Knowledge of health care EDI formats and processes a plus!

* Must have BS in IT or related field.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $100K to $115K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
