Real Estate Accounts Payable Analyst

We are seeking a Real Estate Accounts Payable Analyst to join a fast-paced property management company in Quincy, MA. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing accounts payable functions, and maintaining accurate financial records across both commercial and residential properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments
• Maintain clear and accurate accounts payable records
• Work closely with accounting and property management teams to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist with month-end closing and process improvement initiatives

Requirements (3 Key Must-Haves):

• Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
• Accounting background within real estate or property management
• Ability to work on-site in Quincy, MA

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Yardi or Avid software
• Familiarity with both corporate and property-level accounting functions
• Prior involvement in AP automation or process improvement projects
