Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (Telehealth Support) – Full-Time

Remote | Full-Time | $100,000/year + Benefits & Equity

HALO Diagnostics is seeking a Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. In this full-time, remote role, you'll support our Telehealth Nurse Practitioners by driving quality initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing clinical excellence.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve care for a diverse, nationwide patient population — all while being part of a mission-driven, fast-growing health tech company. We offer robust training, career growth, and equity in the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across clinical programs
• Identify, manage, and ensure timely follow-up on clinical discrepancies
• Conduct audits and compliance assessments to meet regulatory standards
• Provide training and education on best practices and quality procedures
• Analyze clinical and operational data to guide improvements and policy updates

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience in quality assurance or quality control
• Deep understanding of nursing standards and familiarity with laboratory operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Must hold a valid state nursing license with NLC (or willing to obtain)
