RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager II to lead multiple cross-functional projects that support our company’s strategic business objectives in Livonia, MI with $43.70/hr pay for a 4 months contract (temp onl y). This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and team motivation. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects from concept through completion while fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful outcomes. APPLY NOW!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize multiple project schedules based on shifting business priorities.
• Proactively adjust assignments and deadlines to ensure delivery targets are met.
• Identify and monitor project risks, issues, and areas of concern, taking corrective action as needed.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with other Project Managers and Functional Managers to ensure optimal utilization of shared resources.
• Apply project management methodologies and leverage scheduling software to plan, track, and report project progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-phase projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of engaging and motivating teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems early, recommend solutions, and drive resolution.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).
• PMP certification or similar credential is a plus.
