Valle Catholic Schools has an opening for a Grade School and Early Childhood Principal (two-years-old through 5th grade) for the upcoming 2025-26 academic year. Operated by the oldest parish in the Archdiocese of St. Louis and west of the Mississippi, Valle Catholic is a Pre-K through 12th grade education system in historic Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. Every aspect of life at Valle Catholic is steeped in rich traditions and time-honored legacies.
• Advance the Catholic culture of the school, being mindful of our welcome to children of all faiths, while ensuring a school climate of student achievement and high expectations grounded in moral development. Inspire teachers and staff to realize this vision throughout the school.
• Recruit and train exceptional school faculty and staff. Manage and develop faculty in their roles as Catholic instructional leaders driving student achievement.
• Build the capacity of staff to deliver excellent, high-quality instruction in service to student learning as the school’s instructional leader. Evaluate and address the requirements and needs of the school's student population and work with resources to address those needs.
• Serve as ambassador and advocate of the school's mission, goals and achievements.
• Participate in the Leadership Team with the 6th-12th grade Principal, and school President/Pastor.
• Other duties as needed.
