Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver patient-centered care in diverse healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, effective communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.
Assist RNs and other healthcare professionals in implementing care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and health maintenance.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
Uphold safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff.
Qualifications
Current and unencumbered CNA certification in Texas.
Completion of an accredited CNA program.
Minimum of 2 years of practical nursing experience preferred.
Current BLS certification (required).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
