Behavior Analyst (BA) Candidate to join our compassionate team in Santa Fe, NM.

What is a BA Candidate?- Has a master’s degree in a BACB-approved field (Required for credentialing and billing.)
- Has completed at least 50% of supervised experience hours
- Plans to sit for the BCBA exam within 6 months of starting
- Has completed New Mexico’s background check registry
- Is able to provide Stage 2 (Assessment) and Stage 3 (Intervention) ABA services under supervision
What You’ll Do: - Support clients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers
- Collect and analyze data to guide progress
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
- Attend team meetings and receive structured supervision
- Maintain documentation that’s ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant
