  Summary of the Role and Responsibilities:   

Marketing Assist ant should be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual . This role is ideal for a recent graduate with digital marketing experience, certifications, and a strong passion for the industry. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting initiatives across multiple departments, with responsibilities ranging from digital strategy to content creation.  

Responsibilities:  

Holiday, Weekends, Evening availability A MUST

• Promote and portray the VIVÂMEE Values.   

• Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of daily marketing activities.  

• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and overall campaign strategy.  

• Manage and schedule email marketing  

• Participate in content collection (photography, video, and copywriting) 

• Provide analytics and performance reports; interpret data to support decision-making.  

• Contribute to graphic design projects and create marketing assets using Canva.  

• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure brand consistency.  

• Schedule and coordinate meetings; prepare agendas and take notes.  

• Assist in organizing photo and video shoots, including scheduling models and managing logistics .  

• Answer and manage marketing-related emails in a timely manner .  

• Develop timelines to ensure marketing initiatives stay on track.  

• Maintain a sense of urgency, adaptability, and creativity in a fast-paced environment.  

• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and certifications to bring fresh ideas to the team.  

Job Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing , Communications, or related field preferred.  

• Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) strongly preferred.  

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital campaign management.  

• Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with basic graphic design principles.  

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.  

• Passion for marketing, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.  

• Compensation & Growth

  • Starting salary: $40,000 annually.
  • $2,000 bonus upon completion of six months of employment.
  • Annual performance and salary review after one year, with opportunities for growth.
