Role: Regional Sales Manager 

Territory: OKC & Louisana

Compensation:   Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + unmatched 401K + benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

  Owning & Expanding the NOLA Territory – Drive new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and manufacturing sectors

  Consultative Selling – Educate clients on OSHA-compliant fall protection solutions through site audits, helping them reduce risk and improve safety compliance

  Building Long-Term Relationship s – Develop and maintain strong connections with contractors, safety managers, and key decision-makers

  Hunting for New Business – Identify opportunities, generate leads, and grow revenue in a rapidly expanding safety market

  Conducting On-Site Assessments – Must be comfortable working at heights (safely), climbing 6ft & 10ft ladders, and evaluating job sites to recommend the best solutions

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own territory while being supported by marketing, technical experts, and leadership teams to help you maximize your potential.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For: Exceptional Communication Skills   : Confident, clear, and capable with both written and verbal skills.

Adaptable & Proactive   : Comfortable adapting to the dynamic needs of a fast-growing industry.

Tech-Savvy   : Familiarity with CRM tools and online project tracking.

Physically Ready for the Job   : Willing to climb ladders on commercial sites – safety first!

This role is ideal for driven B2B outside sales professionals with a background in territory management, solution-based sales, or industrial/construction sales.

  Outside Sales Experience Required – 3+ years in B2B sales, territory management, or industrial sales

  C onsultative Selling Approach – You don’t just sell products—you provide solutions to real safety challenges

  Territory Management Skills – Self-motivated and able to plan, prospect, and execute strategies independently

  Interest in Safety & Compliance – Passionate about helping businesses protect their workforce

  Willing to Work at Heights – Comfortable climbing ladders and performing site assessments safely
