Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and product application under Crew Leader guidance
• Operate professional equipment including backpack blowers, mowers, string trimmers, shears, and various hand tools
• Contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments for residential landscape clients
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team in various outdoor settings

Qualifications

Required

• Physical ability to perform landscape maintenance tasks (push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, squat)
• Capacity to lift up to 75 pounds daily
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Punctuality, reliability, and can-do attitude

Preferred

• Previous experience in professional landscape maintenance strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license a plus
• Knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants and materials

Work Schedule and Environment

• Four-day work week (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)
• Early morning start times (6:00-7:00 AM depending on season)
• Approximately 10-hour workdays with overtime opportunities during peak seasons
• Based at our Seaside, OR headquarters

• Starting wage of $18-20 per hour, dependent upon experience
