Job Description

We're currently seeking an** Industrial Painter **for a leading manufacturer of metal enclosures in Wood Dale, IL. As an Industrial Painter, you will play a vital role in preparing, painting, and maintaining both the exterior and interior surfaces of metal enclosures.

**Base Salary - $22/hr to $28/hr **

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (an associate's degree, trade school certification, or relevant certifications are a plus).
• 3+ years of experience as an industrial painter in manufacturing or construction.
• Proficiency in using air spray equipment, rollers, brushes, and other painting tools.
• Skilled in cleaning and preparing surfaces for optimal paint adhesion.
• Ability to use tools like viscosity cups to mix and prepare paint with precision.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure a high-quality, professional finish.
• Capability to clean and maintain painting tools and equipment effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, painting, and maintaining both the exterior and interior surfaces.
• Cleaning and preparing surfaces using industry-standard methods to ensure optimal paint adhesion, mixing and preparing paint with precision using tools such as viscosity cups, and applying paint using air spray equipment, rollers, and brushes.
• Maintaining and cleaning painting equipment and work areas to uphold quality and ensure equipment longevity
