Highly-regarded Boston-based nonprofit, serving premiere healthcare organizations, seeks an experienced corporate attorney for a broad-ranging role with significant responsibility for supporting clients and functions across the organization regarding complex legal matters. Reporting to and working with the CLO, responsibilities include: negotiating and drafting a wide range of agreements (PE and investment, IT, vendor and client contracts), advising on risk assessment/mitigation, supporting regulatory, privacy (PHI/PI), data security and compliance efforts, advising on employment and HR matters, advising on IT data protection practices, and advising on corporate legal and governance matters. Substantial experience drafting and negotiating contracts required. Experience in healthcare (or other highly-regulated industry), data privacy/security matters and CIPP/US certification preferred.
