Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain compensation structures by benchmarking salaries and updating pay ranges based on current market data.
+ Manage the company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement accounts, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
+ Oversee annual compensation reviews and coordinate adjustments to align with organizational objectives.
+ Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding employee classification and pay practices, including FLSA and ACA guidelines.
+ Act as the go-to resource for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies, assisting with issue resolution.
+ Partner with the finance and operations teams to support budget planning related to personnel costs.
+ Provide recommendations for enhancing employee attraction and retention through innovative rewards programs.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience specializing in compensation and benefits or similar HR functions.
+ Familiarity with industry-recognized tools such as Workday Compensation, ADP, or market analysis software like PayScale.
+ Excellent analytical skills to interpret data while balancing company goals and employee needs.
+ Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) a strong plus.
