Position Summary/Objective

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Shared Services team - a high-performing, internal creative agency that supports a diverse portfolio of leading franchise brands.

In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding brand integrity and delivering visually compelling, on-brand creative assets that support both national campaigns and franchise-level initiatives. Your success will depend on your meticulous attention to detail, deep understanding of brand standards, and a strong service orientation that enables you to effectively partner with internal stakeholders and franchisees across the network.

Essential Functions

  • Review and Approve Franchisee Designs: Manage the Canva approval process for franchise partners, ensuring all submitted designs are brand-compliant, visually engaging, and aligned with established creative standards.
  • Fulfill Custom Creative Requests: Interpret and respond to creative requests from franchisees, transforming ideas and business needs into compelling, brand-appropriate visual solutions.
  • Support National Campaigns and Initiatives: Contribute to the development of visual assets for system-wide projects across all Propelled Brands, including marketing campaigns, internal presentations, and digital content.
  • Serve as a Brand Steward: Uphold the visual integrity of each brand by consistently applying brand guidelines and ensuring all creative output reflects the distinct identity of each franchise.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key internal teams - such as marketing, operations, and franchise support - to gather project requirements and deliver effective, on-time creative solutions.
  • File and Asset Management: Maintain an organized and efficient system for managing project files, creative assets, and design templates, supporting team accessibility and version control.

Competencies

  • Proven Graphic Design Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within an agency setting or an in-house creative team supporting multiple brands or business units.
  • Robust Portfolio: A diverse and well-curated portfolio that highlights creative versatility and technical proficiency across a range of media—including print, digital, and social platforms.
  • Advanced Design Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Canva Experience: Practical experience using Canva, with a strong understanding of its collaborative and approval workflows.
  • Solid Design Foundations: Deep understanding of core design principles, including typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-centric approach to working with internal stakeholders and franchisees.
  • Project and Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, set priorities effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and Growth Mindset: Comfortable navigating evolving brand needs, with a proactive, flexible attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers,smartphones, video conferencing, webinars, phones, photocopiers, printers, filing cabinets, shredding and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to walk, talk, see and hear.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, non-exempt position of at least 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Travel is primarily during business days, out-of-the-area and overnight travel is expected based on individual job responsibilities. Some of the travel may occur on weekends or be international. Company events may include Summits and the Annual Conventions may also include travel. Travel is expected to be less than 10%.

Required (or Preferred) Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
