Job Description

Overview:  
Configuration and support of Dynamics 365 with a focus on building out Customer Insights that can be scaled across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• The selected candidate would be expected to proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, management, developers and quality assurance.
• May be involved in multiple initiatives simultaneously and needs to be able to manage time effectively and maintain focus on the highest priority work at any given time.
• Would be expected to use requirements to drive the design and review of test cases, process change requests, and manage the project’s scope and acceptance.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years’ experience OR Associate’s Degree with 6 years’ experience.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Dynamics 365 configuration and requirements gathering. 
• Experience with Customer Insights rollout for a large organization

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a healthcare environment
• Prefer Microsoft Dynamics certifications RS Internal
