We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable practice that is seeking an associate dentist. They have many established patients already established as well as a healthy flow of new patients each month.

The office has a mix of PPOs and Fee for Service. No Medicaid and no HMOs. The office is a modern one, with digital x-rays, paperless charting and state of the art equipment. They have an experienced and long tenured staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk.

General dentistry procedures is all that is required. If interested in learning to place implants that is a plus, but not required. There is excellent mentoring and collaboration available as well.

They are offering a competitive daily minimum plus percentage of production, health insurance, 401K, and continuing education stipend. They are also offering buy in opportunity if interested but not required.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with both placing and restoring implants.
