Jetport is looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our team as full-time Airport Maintenance Workers. If youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and safelythis is your opportunity to make a real impact! These positions are second shift, 3:00pm - 11:30pm. Final shift will be determined during the training period.

In this dynamic role, youll be at the heart of airport maintenance and

operations, using your skills across a variety of trades to help maintain, repair, and improve our buildings, equipment, and airfield. No two days are the same at Maines busiest airport. Join us and be part of the team that keeps the Jetport moving - 24/7, 365 days a year.

What You\'ll Do:

Oversee maintenance tasks on everything from airport buildings to

runways, both airside and landside

Operate a variety of vehicles and heavy equipment, including snowplows,

loaders, and sweepers

Work closely with other airport divisions to ensure smooth day-to-day

operations

Conduct wildlife management to ensure safety of aircraft

Assist with snow and ice control operations during winter months

Maintain landscaping, signage, and safety areas around the airport

Specialized airport painting

Collaborate on projects that have a direct impact on the traveling

public

Who You Are:

Eager to learn and stay current with FAA and airport safety regulations

A team player who works well with others but can also get the job done

Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused

Comfortable working in all weather conditions and adapting to changing

priorities

Mechanically inclined or experienced in trades such as electrical,

plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or heavy equipment operation

Salary & Benefits:

This is a union position, Labor & Trades (16A, without CDL \| 19A,

w/CDL) - Starting pay rate of \$1,137.60/week (Grade 19A with CDL) or \$1,039.20/week (Grade 16A without CDL), plus shift differentials and overtime, with wage adjustments in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
