**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
+ Adhere to all safety policies and guidelines; is accountable for their personal safety and the safety of their co-workers.
+ Execute emergency procedures in response to chemical incidents, inclement weather, or other situations that threaten the safety of team members and the plant site.
+ Accurately record processing information in electronic devices and on paper documents.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
+ Work cohesively with team members across multiple departments.
+ Perform duties required to comply with SQF standards.
+ Complete initial and routine safety, processing, and compliance training.
+ Comply with all company policies and procedures.
+ Safely utilize and operate equipment to produce and package products including the following:
+ PPE
+ Forklifts
+ Weigh scales
+ Flow meters
+ Level, temperature, and pressure measuring devices
+ Centrifugal and air diaphragm pumps with associated hoses and dip pipes
+ Cam lock hoses and fittings
+ Manual and automatic valves
+ Sample valves/collection points
+ Solids handling equipment
+ Barcode scanning devices
+ HMIs and PLCs
+ Desktop/Laptop computers
+ Prepare finished products for shipment with proper labels and batch documentation.
+ Troubleshoot software, instrumentation, solids-handling, blending, and hydraulic systems.?
+ Participate in lock-out/tag-out and other safety procedures on equipment in preparation for maintenance and other activities.?
+ Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
**YOUR MUST HAVES:**
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ High School Graduate or General Education Degree ("GED").
+ Comprehend documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Knowledge of basic math- addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
+ Execute written, oral or diagrammed instructions.
+ Strong communication skills (oral and written).
+ Ability to comprehend and execute written procedures and policies .
+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment
+ Ability to learn to safely drive a forklift in a production area

**OUR ENVIRONMENT:**
This position is based in our manufacturing plant environment. Expected exposure to wet, hot, cold, various shifts, requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Constant (role requires this activity more than 66% of the time (5.5+ hrs/day)
Use of fingers and hands. Lift/Carry 10 lbs or less & push/pull 12 lbs or less.
Frequently (role requires this activity from 33% - 66% of the time (2.5 - 5.5+ hrs/day)
Stand, climb stairs, walk, sit, reach outward, squat/kneel, bend. Lift/Carry 11-50 lbs & push/pull 13-40 lbs.
Occasional (role requires this activity up to 33% of the time (0 - 2.5+ hrs/day)
Climb & crawl. Lift/Carry 51+ lbs & push/pull 41-100 lbs.
