The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients to design, configure and implement solutions that drive business process improvements, enhance automation and optimize service delivery.
Responsibilities
As the ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, you will evaluate existing business processes and workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
Design and customize ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Lead user acceptance testing to confirm the solution aligns with client expectations.
Deliver end-user training and provide continuous support.
Stay current on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
Manage stakeholder expectations effectively throughout the entire project lifecycle.
