We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! **Organization:** SSRRH-Sutter Santa Rosa Reg Hospital **Position Overview:** Under the direct supervision of the Perioperative Services Manager. - Oversees anesthesia equipment and equipment repairs. - Responsible for maintaining anesthesia supply inventory and equipment/supply coordination for procedures. - Coordinates equipment and supplies for delivery of anesthesia or sedation of the perioperative patient. **Job Description** : **EDUCATION** + _Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._ + HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience + Must have anesthesia tech experience within the last 2 years. **CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE** + BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** + Minimum of 5 years' experience in the perioperative area including demonstrated knowledge of anesthesia techniques, drugs, and equipment. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** + Working knowledge of anesthesia equipment and supplies. + Knowledge of inventory management. + Methods to assess and evaluate care and services (performance improvement). + Ability to prepare and present clear written and oral presentations. + Ability to analyze problems, reach practical conclusions, and institute effective changes. + Demonstrates an understanding of customers' needs. + Takes the appropriate actions to meet customers' needs. + Takes personal responsibility to meet customer needs. + Takes the personal actions required to enhance relationships with our customers. + Advocates for the customer. **Job Shift:** Varied **Schedule:** Per Diem/Casual **Shift Hours:** 8 **Days of the Week:** Variable **Weekend Requirements:** As Needed **Benefits:** No **Unions:** Yes **Position Status:** Non-Exempt **Weekly Hours:** 0 **Employee Status:** Per Diem/Casual Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.
