Now Hiring: Certified Activities Supervisor

Webb City Health and Rehab

We are seeking a compassionate and creative Certified Activities Supervisor to lead our facility's activity programs. In this role, you will plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate engaging activities that meet the emotional, social, and recreational needs of our residents in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and coordinate a variety of individual and group activities tailored to resident interests and capabilities.
2. Collaborate with residents, families, staff, and community partners to develop meaningful programs.
3. Develop and manage the facility’s volunteer program.
4. Assess and monitor residents' emotional, social, and recreational needs through interviews and ongoing engagement.
5. Complete the activity portion of resident assessments and care plans in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Actively participate in Care Plan meetings.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as an Activities Supervisor preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude toward the elderly and disabled.
4. Must be at least 18 years of age.
5. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
6. Experience in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
