We are currently hiring for the position of Technical Manager – Ab Initio for a client based in New Jersey. Please find the job details below:

Job Title: Technical Manager – Ab Initio
Location: New Jersey (Onsite)

Type: Full-Time (Salaried + Benefits)

Prior Healthcare domain experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of a 24/7 Ab Initio and Unix support team.

Oversee the health, performance, and availability of critical Ab Initio ETL processes and data pipelines.

Manage incident resolution, problem management, and service restoration activities.

Develop and implement operational best practices, standards, and procedures.

Plan and execute code deployments and infrastructure changes for Ab Initio applications.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth transitions of new applications into production.

Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Communicate operational status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.

Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
